Update of the Fixing of the UP Steam Engines and Some D&RGW and Clinchfield Engines

Hi Everyone!, here's an Update to the fixing of the UP Steam Engines, also someone from D&RGW and Clinchfield (this two last ones sended by UP844), Also i show some screenshots after an almost Month Hiatus, so here's the fixing in T:ANE SP4.
