Un breve avviso per la community italiana di Trainz riguardo al ban di Alberte Zato (zatovisualworks) dal forum N3V.

Alberte Zato è stato ingiustamente e purtroppo bannato da quel forum semplicemente per aver difeso il diritto di un altro utente di fare le cose in Trainz come meglio crede, senza che dei troll, che criticano costantemente i suoi lavori e lo molestano e infastidiscono di continuo, gli dicano come farle.

E così sia! Alberte Zato continuerà a creare e pubblicare i suoi lavori in quello che è sempre stato il suo vero e autentico spazio in Trainz. N3V lascia molto a desiderare come azienda e come difensore dei suoi fedeli utenti.

Alberte Zato afferma che rifletterà se tornare o meno su un forum che non sa difendere la libertà di creazione e non ha la decenza di rimettere al loro posto i troll fastidiosi.

What the ****??? What's the reason for this "Big Brother-like" move?

 

While I do not agree with the said user and I find his creations to be unnecessarily detailed (1 k-poly chewing-gum bubbles? ) and resource-hungry (unless you have a very high performance PC). We respectfully discussed the issue some time ago and agreed to disagree: he's free to make assets any way he likes, and I am free not to use them .

Of course, I do not dare to create any asset beyond up 10-15k but it's his right and like: No savage pack of wolves are entitled to harass, troll and crucify him for doing what he likes and clearly stated to keep on doing. I don't know which dark purposes N3Vers intend by defending and protecting those savage attacks on him. 

 

I do not trust N3V anymore if some time in the past I did. Sometimes it feels as if they despise creators outside their controlled circle of the DLS or their shop. Big mistake, of course. 

 

Two decades ago IBTZ decided to stop collaborating with the DLS when N3V people arrived. My friend Henk Plaggemars, sales manager at that Auran time, had to emigrate to the USA.
