This version of the Rollins Pass 1910 Route replaces and supersedes the previous version released in 2017 and adds many new sessions, replaces and improves rolling stock, engine fleets, and other assets used in the route, be sure to install all files fully, and we suggest deleting any previous version of the route prior to installing V2. The Original Version of the Route for Trainz 2004 is an entirely different release and is not affected by this current release.

Read the Install folder directions before Installing for best results.

Especially read these three documents which will help direct the process:

ROLLINS PASS WINTER 1910 INSTALL INFO
RPW STOCK SET IMPORTANT INSTALLING INFO
Rollins Pass Import Supplement

they are in folder No. 1 in the set of Install Folders for the route files.

Install in the order of the folders in the file set 2 - 5

Historic Background, Equipment Gazette and Manuals, Original Railroad Documents and very detailed maps are in the final Documents folder.

Follow the Install Directions to correctly install the route and follow the First User’s Manual in the Install folder for best first use of the route in Trainz of whichever version you plan to use.

Post questions on the forum of either Trainz Italia or the main Trainz forums for assistance.

We, the team that worked on the route, created a set of handbooks about the Route, its history, and the making of the route as well as a fully illustrated Route Travel Book showing detailed pictures of the route all along its length.  Also there is a handbook for new users of TANE Trainz to help them  run the route, the trains and create loads for them.  Also there are historic documents from the actual railroad, and detailed track plans made ion 1912. Finally there is a detailed Gazette Handbook on the rolling stock and locomotives and MOW equipment like the snow plows, and other items with full coloured Images of them all and details of each type.

And in addition there are images showing each of the 13 sessions made for the route. The handbooks detail the making of the route and all who worked to help make it.  and full credit is given to Jango, Gianfranco Messaggi, who worked for many years to develop this remarkable route. Our thanks to all who helped make the route and all of the assets and rolling stock, the site and Staff of TrainzItlaia and the members of the Trainz Community who supported and enjoy the route.
